Refund policy

Our refund policy extends up to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your package arrives broken or defective, email us with photos of the damaged items/package at Hello@ReedwoodNaturals.com. 

Once your items are reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within seven days.

If you haven’t received a refund after seven days, first check your bank account. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted.
