What is Tallow?
Tallow is rendered grass-fed beef fat, technically known as beef suet, found around the internal organs of cattle. Grass-fed tallow contains high amounts of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, in addition to minerals and CLAs (conjugated linoleic acid). Tallow has been traditionally used to improve skin health and supports both dry and oily skin types.
