Tallow is rich in fatty acids that help lock in moisture, providing deep hydration. Tallow is packed with vitamins A, D, E, and K, and CLA's, vital nutrients for optimal skin health. Tallow helps restore and strengthen the skin's natural barrier, protecting from environmental stressors and preventing moisture loss.

Tallow is rendered grass-fed beef fat, technically known as beef suet, found around the internal organs of cattle. Grass-fed tallow contains high amounts of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, in addition to minerals and CLAs (conjugated linoleic acid). Tallow has been traditionally used to improve skin health and supports both dry and oily skin types.

Our tallow goes through a three-step rendering process to ensure pure, odorless tallow. Combined with olive oil and essential oils, our tallow lip balm has a light, gentle scent.

I love these lip balms and use them daily! The combination of ingredients along with the tallow does not leave a waxy or sticky coating on my lips but rather a smooth feel. It also serves as a great base for lipstick!
